McKenna singing at the Fair

McKenna had the opportunity to sing the National Anthem tonight at the Junior Livestock Rodeo.  She did awesome, despite her nervousness.  I am so proud of her and her talents and what she has been able to do with them to bring her this far.  This opportunity of her being an attendant to the Miss Sanpete County Teen has opened so many doors for her and I can only hope it will continue open so many more for her.

GVMS Registration

Holy Cow, I can't believe I just registered this guy for 7th Grade.  Where does the time go? He is pretty excited though to not be the youngest class in school this year.   We were able to find the where the teachers rooms are that he will have for class this year, as well as, get in and out of his locker.  The only thing he was bummed about was the fact that he got a bottom locker!  The way he keeps growing,  I feel bad for the kid that is stuck with the top locker above him, he better  have some long arms to reach over this gangly body of Trey.

Good Luck in 7th Grade Trey man!  You will accomplish great things!

GVES Class Lists

Ally and Lottie could hardly wait to get to the elementary school to see who their teachers would be for school this year.   I was also pretty excited to see who they got, especially because they both got the two teachers I wished for this year!

Allyson got Mrs. Elise Bown for 3rd Grade!

Lottie got Mrs. Shelle Oliver for afternoon Kindergarten!

Not only did they both get great teachers, they both have a handful of friends in their class that will make this year such a great one.  But hold on, does this mean my baby starts school?  This isn't right and breaks my heart to think she is that old, but to see the smile on these girls faces, makes it so much easier to know that they are in good hands and will have so much fun learning this year!
