It was two weeks ago that I sat down and tried to blog. I have to admit that so far, I am not such blogger that I hoped to be. Oh well . . . We have been very busy and time just slips away right before our eyes. I do have to say that speaking of time just slipping by, we just celebrated Allyson's first birthday last night. Her actual birthday was on Wednesday and we let her open one or two presents that night, but we saved everything for her for the big party last night. We ate dinner, cake & ice cream, and let her open up all her presents. She got lots of fun new toys and some darling outfits. We really appreciate everyone that came and made this such a memorable birthday for Allyson!!
Last Tuesday I did go up north and had a photographer take Allyson's first birthday pictures. Ally was such a good sport and loved the camera. As soon as I get the CD of them, I will post my favorites. So stay tuned!!
