Trey spent the day home alone and that afternoon he called me at work and said that he had a feeling that he had a feeling that he would do something exciting today. I reminded him that I was going to take him meet a Jazz Basketball player that afternoon and he was so excited. This year the player was DeMarre Carroll.
The workshop started off with shooting games and challenges with all the kids that came. Trey said it was fun because he was on one of the winning teams. He even got to have DeMarre as one of the players on his team. After some fun shooting drills, they let the kids gather round for his autograph. Trey had him sign the brim of his hat and them was given a picture of DeMarre to take home.
