This week at the elementary school is Red Ribbon Week. Our kids have always looked forward to this week because it give them a fun way to mix up their wardrobe for the week.
Monday - "Turn Your Back on Drugs" Wear your shirt backwards.
Tuesday - "Hats off to Drugs" Wear a hat.
Ally contemplated which hat to wear for hat day, whether it be a baseball hat or cowboy hat. Once Trey told her she could wear his belt with buckle, she knew the right then to wear her cowboy hat. She pulled of a cute cowgirl today, boots and all!
Wednesday - "Follow Your Dreams, Don't Do Drugs" Wear pajamas.
Thursday - "Hairs to be Drug Free" Wear your hair crazy.
Ally loved her crazy hair this year. We started of with the Cindy Lou Whoo look with the two cups on each side of her head. However, her hair is so long that we needed to do something with hair coming out of the top of the cups. It worked great because we were able to tie that hair in by taking it to the other side with a cute bow. She was pretty excited!
