- Day 4 ~ Sea World, San Diego - 

This morning we woke up and ate breakfast there at the hotel.  We didn't get on the road about 9:00 am.  It was 80 miles from Anaheim to San Diego, so the ride there wasn't too bad.  There was actually quite a bit to look at that made the ride go fast like the ocean, San Diego Temple, homes, and businesses.  We pulled into Sea World a little after 10:00.  First thing we did was go watch the Shamu whale show.  This was so fun and everyone loved it.  It is amazing to see how the trainers are able to teach those huge whales to do all the tricks that they can do.  The best part was when the whales went along the side of the tank and drenched everyone in the soak zone. The trainers even warned  everyone before the show started but no one moved. Then when the soaking part came almost everyone got up from the seats! After that we decided to go see the other sea animals. We saw starfish, seal lions, turtles, a bunch of fish , penguins, walrus, flamingos, and even a polar bear. One thing that was fun to watch was the polar had a real star fish in his tank, we got to watch him swim for it then bring it to the surface. The polar bear then ate the arm of the starfish leaving 4/5 arms left. After that we decided to go watch the dolphin show. The dolphin show was awesome! They had trainers, acrobats, and dolphins. They even had six men dive from about 50 feet into the water. 

After the show Jeremy, McKenna, Rod, Eric, and Trey went on the Journey To Alantis ride, which they got soaked.  Some how convinced Jen and JoAnn to get on, so everyone went on it once again. After that it was 5:00 and they were closing, so we loaded up and started driving. It was running smoothly until we hit rush hour. Talk about a nightmare! It should have taken us an hour and a half, but instead the drive was a three hour ride.  I honestly do not know how those people stand to drive that everyday.  I am afraid I would quit my job before I faced rush hour every day!  Finally around 8:00 we arrived back to our rooms with hungry appetites, so then we went ran and ate at McDonald's.  After that we went to bed to wake up to another day in Disneyland!!!
