~ March 2013 Highlights ~
* McKenna, Ally, and I went to the North Sevier's Junior Prom. It was so fun to see Brynn and how beautiful she looked in her Prom dress.
* As a family, we stayed up late watching the Duck Dynasty marathon.
* Surprised Grandpa Okerlund by setting up a dinner date at El Mexicano for his 66th Birthday.
* We were all sadden of the passing away of James Childs, son of Paul and Carolyn Childs. He was killed in an avalanche up Mayfield Canyon.
* Jeremy was released from his calling as a Youth Sunday School teacher. He is now set apart as the new Assistant Scoutmaster and Advisor in Young Men's.
* Celebrated Grandma Jolayne's 63rd Birthday at Jason and Mary's house.
* Announced that the Taylor / Okerlund girl's are all going to Las Vegas in June to attend the Justin Bieber concert at the MGM Grand. Tears of joy!
* Jeremy has been bottle feeding three bummer calves. Sickness told hold and now he is only down to one.
* I have had to conduct Relief Society this month.
* We went to New Beginnings for McKenna. What a fun way to welcome her to Young Women's.
* Trey went to the Classic Fun Center as a reward for making it to the 100 Point Club for Accelerated Reader.
* St. Patrick's Day, green breakfast, dinner, party, and time to hang out!
* Tripp and Krew's 1st Birthday. They are getting so big!
* McKenna had a dance competition in Richfield. Her Drill Prep class took 1st Place!
* McKenna performed her Jazz and Drill Prep dances at this years GVHS Spring show.
* Laynee and Kambree came over for a cousin sleepover. They had fun hanging out with Ally, McKenna, and Lottie.
* Out for a walk with my girls, Lottie slowly stops and back tracks to something in the lawn. We keep walking thinking she will catch up. Finally realized something has caught her attention and we notice that she has picked up a feather to rub on her top lip! What a funny little girl she is!
* I went to a thyroid specialist in Provo. Was so nice to spend the day with Jeremy and enjoy a nice lunch at Red Lobster!
* March 31st was McKenna's last day in Primary. As sad as it is to think that she isn't old enough to be in Primary any longer, I am proud of who she is turning out to be.
* Had fun coloring our Easter eggs. All four kids were so creative in their egg design.
* Rented the movie 'HOP' from the local video shop. What a great movie to watch to prepare for Easter.
* Jeremy borrowed the skidster from the Robinson's for two weekends. He was able to get the piles of dirt that has been piled up in the back yard, spread out and leveled throughout the entire yard. Next step is sprinklers.
* Had a fun Easter, with the Easter Bunny doing a treasure hunt, to hiding eggs at Grandma JoAnn's, to hiding our boiled eggs in our own backyard. We also were able to go and see Grandpa and Grandma Okerlund on Easter Sunday in Salina.
* We had fun tending Alyssa and Marshall while Tammy went to the temple. McKenna and Trey had fun riding bikes and playing games with Marshall, while Ally and Tyra had fun playing and dancing with Alyssa.
