Tonight's pack meeting was fun for the entire family. It was western themed, so the kids were able to get dressed up like cowboys and cowgirls to attend. First thing was the awards for each of the boys. Trey received pins for the 'Ready-man' award and the 'Engineering' award.
After the awards, the kids were able to learn how to line dance. Surprisingly, the kids all loved it. I couldn't get Ally out to join the kids, but once Lottie got the hang of it, her and Trey had a ball.
After line dancing, the kids had fun riding the rocking horse as well as a little bit of roping went on behind the scenes. The kids were all in heaven with all this fun stuff going on.
After the line dancing was over and the horses were put away, the kids spent time getting their pictures taken in cute display pieces that were setting around as part of the western theme decoration. My kids were obviously the jail birds, they seemed to like to have their picture taken in this the very most. There were also a cute barn, an out house, and a General Store.
