RIP Sundance

Today was a sad day at our house, our good ole' horse Sundance was put down.  We have debated for quite some time about what to do for him, hoping that once the weather warmed up he would be a little more mobile.  It broke your heart to see him try and move, it was all he could do to lift his leg up to try and walk, he would lay down a lot and then struggled to get back up.  However, this was still a tough decision for Jeremy to make.  We knew after watching this poor thing suffer for so long, we knew it was time.   It was clear that his knees were completely shot after Jeremy had our local vet look him over.   The kids got home from school and noticed instantly that he was no longer in his corral.  Trey and Allyson called their dad at work all upset that he wasn't there.  After some tears, we told the kids that he is running in greener pastures now!  Rest in Peace Sundance, you will be missed and hard to replace!
