Tonight's event of the Sanpete County Fair was Cowboy Poetry. McKenna was really excited and nervous about tonight's big event for the fact that she was asked to sing the National Anthem. Which, by the way, she did a wonderful job. I have to say for being 14 years old and singing her own rendition of the National Anthem a Capella is pretty amazing!
Afterwards we were entertained by our MC Lee Sorensen, our King Cowboy 2015 Joe Frischknecht, Awesome music by Junction 89, and many laughs and poems from Andy Nelson who had us laughing hard. What a fun way to start the big week of the fair!
The fair wouldn't be the same if these two girls didn't have each other to hang out with! They are looking forward to so many fun activities to hang out with and do this week!
